I work with consultants and business owners who have plenty of ideas, conversations and moving parts, but not always the time to organise them properly.
My role is to bring structure and simplicity so that important insights, actions and systems are properly captured and actually used, not lost in notes or left to memory.
I work closely with consultants managing multiple client relationships, where follow-up, organisation and clear documentation are essential to delivery.
